Subhash Chandra Mullick received his B.Tech., M.S. and Ph.d. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras. His fields of interest being Thermal Engineering, Solar Thermal Applications, and Energy Conservation. His activities include Solar Thermal Engineering, Energy Conservation and Applied Heat Transfer. He has published a large number of papers in esteemed international journals. He has taught a number of courses which include Engineering Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, Solar Thermal Processes, Energy Conservation, Power Plant Engineering. He has guided many Ph.D., M.Tech. and B.Tech. projects. Many of his original contributions in Heat and Mass Transfer in areas such as Solar Absorption Air-conditioning, Solar Collectors and Thermal Performance Evaluation of Solar Cookers have been greatly acknowledged by scientists active in these areas in different parts of the world. He has been actively interacting with industries in the area of Energy Conservation.
